Construction Manager

Trillium Construction is now seeking to hire a Construction Manager for possible temp to hire position!

You will be working for the Construction Division of a large national recycling operation.

Duties:
• Lead project planning, direct and coordinate the day-to-day management and construction activities.
• Direct involvement in preparation of a project schedule and continually review to make sure the project schedule is adhered to or modified as necessary
• Responsible for the overall safety, direction, completion, and financial outcome of construction projects.
• Manage project costs through the ongoing evaluation of labor, material, and equipment
• Forecast and analyze constructions costs, exposures, and profits until project is complete

Qualifications
• Must have industrial, civil and infrastructure experience.
•7+ years of large Commercial Project Management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of general construction methods which include metal/steel structure framing, concrete structures and foundations, fire suppression systems, underground utility installations, pavement, machine installations, mechanical stormwater containment and processing.
• Some CAD experience is a plus
• Basic computer knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office
